Maintenance Package

In this section of the swimming pool service agreement, you can find the standard services and service packages offered.

In consideration of the fees outlined in this agreement, the Service Provider agrees to provide the following services as part of the swimming pool maintenance package:

Vacuuming out debris Brushing walls, steps, and sides Cleaning filters and screens Emptying traps or skimmers Emptying sweep bags Testing water chemistry Applying chemicals to balance pH as necessary Performing a visual inspection of pumps and associated equipment

Service Schedule

A technician will be assigned to the Client's property based on the selected service frequency. While efforts will be made to maintain consistency by performing maintenance on the same day each week, alternate service days may be necessary based on availability. The Client will be notified 24 hours before each scheduled swimming pool maintenance service.

Payment Terms

The swimming pool service agreement should include a disclaimer stating that the initial service will be billed hourly.

Startup Fee

The Client agrees to a startup fee for the initial swimming pool maintenance service, which will be billed at an hourly rate. This fee encompasses the assessment and preparation of the pool for regularly scheduled maintenance, including chemical adjustments as necessary.

Regular Service Intervals

Subsequent service intervals, as outlined in the selected swimming pool maintenance package, will be billed in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing. Payment is due (X) days from the date of the invoice.

Late Payments

In the event that payment is not received within the specified time frame, a late fee of (X)% of the outstanding balance will be applied. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend services until the account is brought current.

Additional Charges

Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the scope of the standard swimming pool maintenance package will be billed separately. Such charges will be itemized in the invoice and are due within (X) days of the invoice date.

Taxes

All fees and charges are exclusive of applicable taxes. The Client agrees to pay any applicable sales tax or other taxes imposed by law in connection with the swimming pool maintenance services provided under this agreement.

Payment Methods

Payment shall be made via (specified payment method), and the Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. Returned checks or unsuccessful transactions may incur an additional fee.

Currency

Dispute Resolution

Access

The Client shall ensure that the technician has full access to the pool and its pumps on scheduled service dates. A rescheduling fee will be charged if access is denied upon the technician's arrival.

After Hours and Holidays

The Service Provider does not provide services after hours or on holidays. If a regularly scheduled swimming pool maintenance falls on a holiday, the Client will be contacted to schedule an alternate date.

Services Above and Beyond Normal Conditions

If additional cleaning or maintenance beyond normal conditions is required, the Client's account will be billed at the hourly rate for the additional time needed.

Additional Services

In addition to standard swimming pool maintenance services, the Service Provider offers a full range of swimming pool care and repair services. The Client can request these services via phone or email.

Acceptance

By e-signing below, both parties indicate their approval of the selected swimming pool maintenance package and enter into a month-to-month service contract with [Sender.Company] ​. The Client may cancel this contract at any time with written notice via email.
